Visionary Wellness was born from Joy’s personal journey of healing and transformation—a path that led her back to wholeness and deepened her calling to guide others toward their own radiance and well-being. As a multifaceted wellness practitioner, Joy is devoted to empowering individuals to reconnect with their innate vitality, balance, and self-healing potential.

With 17 years of dedicated study and hands-on experience, Joy’s bodywork practice is a fusion of modalities designed to restore movement, release tension, and bring the body back into harmony as a whole system. She specializes in muscle and fascia manipulation, deep tissue massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Myotherapy, and Myofascial Release—supporting personal goals and intentions that bring relief to restrictions and a sense of renewal.

Joy has worked in collaboration with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and both professional and amateur athletes. She has contributed her expertise at yoga and wellness retreats, CrossFit gyms, athletic competitions, and recovery centers, where she has supported individuals on their healing journeys.

Beyond bodywork, Joy offers a holistic spectrum of complementary wellness practices, including regenerative detoxification, botanical remedies, and Iridology. Her latest offering, preparation and integration guidance for non-ordinary states of consciousness and plant medicine, provides a vital bridge for those navigating deep transformational experiences.
