There’s street parking available as well as a parking lot. The Ocean Beach location on Cable St. has a very small parking lot on the side of the building. Parking is free at all locations.

It depends on your goals, level of symptoms, and history. It also depepnds on how often you come as coming often can support the work more than waiting more than a month until the next session. I typically see clients expereince relief even after one sesion and an even much bigger improvement if a client came every two to three weeks up to eight times. So anywhere between 3-8 session on average. Then from there a person decide to do a bit longer or just come for “tune-ups”

Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for everyone from newly-born babies to the elderly. It’s also recommended during pregnancy, as it calms the nervous system of both mother and child. At the moment I offer the treatment for adults (including during pregnancy) only, althought I intend to work with babies and children in the near future.

I require cancellations and rescheduling to be no less than 24 hours. No-shows will be charged 50% of the original session fee (does not include any promotions).
